Requirements of candidate:

• Minimum qualification of a MA degree in Clinical/Counselling Psychology, with full Internship experience
• Registration with the HPCSA/BHF
• Malpractice Insurance
• Preferably a minimum of two years Private Practice experience (negotiable)

Scope of position required:

We need a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to assist with the following:

• Participation with our support groups (adults & adolescents) and volunteer assistance within the community.
• Management and therapy services of overflow hospital patients referred to this practice.
• General assistance with patient overflow of the Rall & Brown Psychological Practice (not just hospital). This will include adults, adolescents and children.
• Knowledge of basic evaluations and tests are required for adults, adolescents and children.
• The involvement and participation in the development of new programmes to be offered by R&B LEARNING

We practice strongly within a multi-disciplinary set-up at the Cape Gate Therapy Centre. The required candidate should be eager to get experience, grow with this practice and make a difference in the community.
