As beings going through a human experience, we encounter various challenges in life, and we feel a range of emotions. At times we all need a helping hand to go through our different life paths. I believe in the wholistic development of a person and follow an integrative approach to psychotherapy specifically tailored for each individual client.
Various issues are addressed in therapy, encompassing developmental challenges, stress, emotional distress, mental health disorders, and relationship challenges. I am also trained in psychometric assessment with adults and children, including scholastic, career, personality, developmental, neuropsychological, and cognitive assessments.
